Job Description: Specialist Cadre Officers (Contractual)

1. Dean, SBIL Kolkata – 01 Post (UR)

2. External Faculty, SBIL Kolkata – 03 Posts (SC-01, UR-02)

3. Marketing Executive, SBIL Kolkata – 01 Post (UR)

Employment Type: Contractual (Initial 3 years, renewable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Dean, SBIL Kolkata:

  • Lead academic and research initiatives in banking/finance.

  • Design curricula, foster industry partnerships, and promote SBIL as a premier BFSI training institute.

  • KRAs include revenue generation, global collaborations, and research publications.

• External Faculty, SBIL Kolkata:

  • Conduct leadership training for senior executives.

  • Develop and deliver programs, publish research, and organize conclaves.

• Marketing Executive, SBIL Kolkata:

  • Market SBIL’s training programs to BFSI sectors globally.

  • Develop campaigns, liaise with institutions, and drive revenue through external partnerships.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Dean:

  • MBA/Ph.D. (55%+ marks) with 10+ years’ experience (3+ years as Dean/HOD).

  • Preferred: Certifications like SHRM-CP, SPHR.

• External Faculty:

  • Postgraduate/MBA (55%+ marks) with 3+ years’ teaching experience in executive education.

• Marketing Executive:

  • MBA in Marketing (55%+ marks) with 3+ years’ BFSI marketing experience.

Compensation:

• Dean: ₹35–60 LPA (Fixed:Variable = 80:20) + perks (travel, accommodation).

• External Faculty: ₹25–50 LPA (70:30) + perks.

• Marketing Executive: ₹25–40 LPA (60:40) + perks.

Selection Process:

• Shortlisting based on eligibility.

• Interview (100 marks) + CTC negotiation.
