Eligibility Criteria

1. Quality Control/Material Engineer (Civil)

• Education: Graduate in Civil Engineering (recognized university).

• Experience: 10+ years (including 3+ years in QA/QC for infrastructure projects).

• Age Limit: ≤63 years.

2. SHE Expert

• Education: Graduate in Engineering or MA/MSc in Safety.

• Experience: 10+ years (including 3+ years in SHE for construction projects).

• Age Limit: ≤63 years.

Note: Teaching/internship experience not considered.

Key Responsibilities

For Civil Engineer:

• Ensure quality standards in infrastructure projects.

• Oversee material testing and compliance.

For SHE Expert:

• Implement safety protocols at construction sites.

• Conduct risk assessments and audits.

Selection Process

1. Document Scrutiny: Verify eligibility (18 May 2025).

2. Interview: Technical skills, experience, and communication evaluation (20–21 May 2025).
