Provide legal assistance and support in the General Administration Department.
Handle documentation, compliance, and advisory tasks related to railway operations.
Ensure adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements.
Retired Railway employees from Chief Law Assistant (Level-7) posts only.
APAR Grading: Minimum “Good” in each of the last 5 years.
Maximum 65 years (as of engagement date).
Fixed monthly amount: (Last drawn pay minus basic pension).
Transport Allowance: As per retirement entitlement (fixed).
No DA/HRA/increments.
Must meet C-1 medical category standards.
Application Scrutiny: Verification of service records and APARs.
Competency Assessment: By a committee evaluating experience and integrity.
Submit: Completed Annexure-A with self-attested copies of:
Service certificate
Pensioner ID card
PPO (Pension Payment Order)
Aadhaar card
