Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) is a joint venture between the Government of India and Government of Karnataka, responsible for implementing and operating Bengaluru’s metro rail network. As a key urban mobility solution provider, BMRCL plays a pivotal role in transforming the city’s public transportation infrastructure.

Perform maintenance tasks for metro rail systems (electrical, mechanical, or electronic).
Ensure operational efficiency of metro infrastructure.
Adhere to safety protocols and technical standards.
Matriculation + 2-year ITI in:
Electrician / Instrument Mechanic / Electronics / Wireman / Fitter / Computer Hardware / Industrial Electronics / IT & Electronics System Maintenance / Communication Equipment Maintenance / Mechatronics.
Equivalent NCVT/NCTVT/NAC certification from defense services.
Maximum 50 years (as of notification date).
Ex-military personnel only (serving personnel retiring by 31 May 2025 may apply).
Excluded: Medically/disciplinary discharged personnel.
Written Exam (June 2025):
Syllabus: General Knowledge (30 marks), Reasoning (30 marks), Technical Proficiency (40 marks).
Duration: 120 minutes (100 questions).
Negative Marking: ¼ mark per wrong answer.
Interview & Medical Test:
Vision, ENT, blood tests, ECG, etc.
