RITES Limited is Hiring for Group General Manager (HR)

Position: Group General Manager (HR)
Vacancy: 1 (UR)
Location: Gurgaon, India (with potential postings across India/abroad)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HR strategy across talent acquisition, retention, performance management, and leadership development.

• Oversee statutory compliance, labor laws, and HR policy implementation.

• Drive employee relations, welfare, and grievance resolution.

• Spearhead training & development, competency mapping, and HR branding.

• Manage manpower planning, general administration, and disciplinary processes.

Eligibility Criteria

• Qualification: MBA/PGDM/PGDHRM or equivalent in HR/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations (60% marks for UR/EWS; 50% for SC/ST/OBC-NCL).

• Experience: 23+ years in HR domains (Central/State Govt./PSUs: Level 13A pay scale or equivalent; Private sector: Minimum CTC of ₹40.37 LPA).

• Age Limit: 53 years (relaxation for SC/ST/OBC-NCL/PwBD as per norms).

Selection Process

• Document Scrutiny followed by Interview (100% weightage).

• Minimum 60% marks (UR/EWS) or 50% (reserved categories) in the interview.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Scale: ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 (Approx. CTC: ₹44.64 LPA).
