The National Institute of Immunology (NII), under the Biotechnology Research Innovation Council (BRIC), Department of Biotechnology, Government of India, is a premier research institute dedicated to advanced immunological studies. Located in New Delhi, NII fosters interdisciplinary research in biological sciences.

Position Details

• Post: Junior Assistant-I
• Vacancies: 03 (UR-1, OBC-1, SC-1)
• Pay Level: Level-4 (7th CPC Pay Matrix)
• Age Limit: 18–30 years (as on 22.04.2025)
  • Relaxation: As per Govt. norms for OBC/SC/PwBD.
• Job Profile:
  • File maintenance, attendance/leave records, LTC, procurement, typing, and other administrative tasks.

Eligibility Criteria

Essential Qualifications:

• Graduate with 1 year of experience.
• Computer proficiency (Word processing).

• Eligibility Cut-off: All qualifications must be met by 22.04.2025.

Application Process

How to Apply:

1. Online Submission: Only through NII Website.
2. Application Fee: ₹500 (exempted for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-servicemen/women).
3. Documents Required:
   • Graduation marksheets, experience certificates.
   • Caste/PwBD certificate (if applicable).

For Govt. Employees: Submit NOC from current employer during the written test.

Selection Process

1. Tier-I:
   • OMR-Based Test (70 MCQs: General Awareness, Intelligence, Quantitative Aptitude, Language Proficiency).
   • Descriptive Test (30 marks: GOI rules on administration/accounts).
   • Negative Marking: ¼ for wrong answers.
2. Tier-II: Computer proficiency test (details on website).
