Job Description

Position:

  • Assistant Manager (E2)
  • Senior Executive (E1)
  • Executive (E0)

Department: Finance
Vacancies: 06 (2 posts each in Chennai, Mumbai, Kolkata)
Employment Type: Deputation (3 years or till absorption exemption)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations for IRCTC’s diverse business segments (Catering, Tourism, RailNeer, e-Ticketing)
  • Oversee budgeting, financial reporting, and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, audits)
  • Process payments, reconcile accounts, and analyze financial data
  • Utilize financial software and MS Office tools (Excel, Access) for reporting
  • Collaborate with zonal teams to optimize revenue and costs

Salary & Benefits

Pay Structure:

Level CDA Scale (6th CPC) IDA Scale (7th CPC)
E2 ₹9,300–34,800 + GP 4800 (Level-8) ₹50,000–1,60,000
E1 ₹9,300–34,800 + GP 4600 (Level-7) ₹40,000–1,40,000
E0 ₹9,300–34,800 + GP 4200 (Level-6) ₹30,000–1,20,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

  • Govt./Railway/Autonomous Bodies: Graduation in any discipline
  • PSUs: CA or CMA mandatory

2. Experience:

Level Requirement
E2 3+ years in GP 4800 (Level-8) or IDA E2
E1 <3 years in GP 4600 (Level-7) or IDA E1
E0 3+ years in GP 4200 (Level-6) or IDA E0

3. Age Limit: Below 55 years (as of 15.04.2025)

Selection Process
