Rail Vikas Nigam Limited (RVNL) is a Mini-Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Railways. Established in 2003, RVNL plays a crucial role in rail infrastructure development, executing projects related to doubling, gauge conversion, new lines, and electrification across India.

1. Manager (Finance)

Location: Corporate Office, New Delhi
Vacancies: 2
Employment Type: Deputation/Absorption (5 years)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial planning and budgeting for rail projects
• Manage accounts, auditing, and financial reporting
• Handle taxation and statutory compliance
• Monitor project expenditures and cost control

Eligibility Criteria:

• For Deputation: Below 56 years
• For Absorption: Not above 57 years
• Pay Scale:
  • Deputation: Parent pay + deputation allowance
  • Absorption: IDA Scale ₹50,000-1,60,000 (E-2)
• Experience: Preference for construction sector experience

Qualifications:

• Officers holding substantive posts in:
  • Level-8 (CDA) OR
  • IDA E-2 (₹50,000-1,60,000) OR
  • IDA E-1 (₹40,000-1,40,000) with 4 years’ service

2. Joint General Manager (Civil)

Location: Rishikesh

• Supervise civil engineering projects
• Ensure quality control and timely completion

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualifications:

• IRSE/Civil Engineering officers holding:
  • Level-13 (CDA) OR
  • IDA E-6 (₹90,000-2,40,000) OR
  • Level-12 (CDA) with 8-12 years’ Group ‘A’ service OR
  • IDA E-5 (₹80,000-2,20,000) with 4 years’ service
