About the Organization:
The Rail Land Development Authority (RLDA) is a statutory body under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India, established in 2006. RLDA is tasked with optimizing the use of vacant and surplus railway land and airspace through long-term leasing and redevelopment projects. 1. Chief Project Manager

• Pay Scale: Level-14 (7th CPC)
• Location: Lucknow (LKO)
• Tenure: 3 years (extendable to 5 years)
• Eligibility:
  • SAG/NFSAG/SG IRSE Officers with 17+ years of regular Group ‘A’ service.
  • Desirable: Experience in Land Management/Real Estate/Contract Management.

Joint General Manager (Civil) / Deputy General Manager (Civil)

• Pay Scale:
  • JGM: Level-13 | DGM: Level-12 (7th CPC)
• Locations: Delhi & Nagpur
• Tenure: 5 years (3+2 years extendable).
• Eligibility:
  • JGM: Group ‘A’ officers (IRSE/Central/State Govt./PSUs) with 9+ years in Civil Engineering.
  • DGM: Group ‘A’/‘B’ officers with Degree (6+ years) or Diploma (15+ years) in Civil Engineering.
• Desirable: Experience in land management, tendering, and computer proficiency.

JGM/DGM/Manager (Electrical Engineering/Telecom)

• Pay Scale:
  • JGM: Level-13 | DGM: Level-12 | Manager: Level-11 (7th CPC)
• Location: Delhi (02 posts)
• Eligibility:
  • JGM: 9+ years in Electrical Engineering (Group ‘A’).
  • DGM/Manager: Degree (6/5+ years) or Diploma (15/10+ years) in Electrical Engineering.
• Desirable: MEPF (building electrical works), tendering experience, and IT skills.

Manager/Assistant Manager (Drawing)

• Pay Scale:
  • Manager: Level-11 | Assistant Manager: Level-9 (7th CPC)
• Location: Delhi
• Eligibility:
  • Manager: Degree in Architecture (COA-registered) + 5 years’ experience.
  • Asst. Manager: Degree (3+ years) or Diploma (5+ years) in Architecture.
• Desirable: Knowledge of DCR norms, CAD, and 3D modeling software.

 Manager/Assistant Manager (Electrical Engineering)

• Pay Scale & Location:
  • Manager (Level-11) | Asst. Manager (Level-9) – Surat
• Eligibility:
  • Similar to Position 3, with focus on electrical engineering.

Manager/Assistant Manager (Civil)

• Pay Scale & Location:
  • Manager (Level-11) | Asst. Manager (Level-9) – Surat
• Eligibility:
  • Degree (5/3+ years) or Diploma (10/5+ years) in Civil Engineering.
