About the Organization:
Solar Energy Corporation of India Limited (SECI) is a Navratna Schedule ‘A’ CPSE under the Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India. SECI drives India’s renewable energy transition through large-scale solar projects, policy implementation, and innovative solutions.

Position Details:

• Job Title: Young Professional (YP)
• Number of Vacancies: 2 (1 for Office of C&MD + 1 for Corporate Planning)
• Employment Type: Contractual (Initial 1 year, extendable up to 3 years)
• Location: New Delhi
• Age Limit: Maximum 30 years (as of application closing date)
• Remuneration:
  • Year 1: ₹70,000/month | Year 2: ₹75,000/month | Year 3: ₹80,000/month (consolidated, inclusive of taxes)

Roles & Eligibility:

1. YP (Office of C&MD)

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide executive support to the Chairman & Managing Director (C&MD).
  • Prepare MIS reports, PowerPoint presentations, and analytical documents.
  • Assist in coordination across departments for strategic initiatives.
• Eligibility:
  • Essential:
    • Bachelor’s in Engineering/B.Tech OR Master’s in Science/Management/Economics (or related fields).
    • 3+ years of post-qualification executive experience in reputed organizations.
  • Skills Required:
    • Proficiency in data analysis, presentation tools, and office management.

2. YP (Corporate Planning)

• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market research and data analytics for renewable energy projects.
  • Develop business proposals, financial models (NPV/IRR), and feasibility reports.
  • Monitor industry trends and provide strategic insights for SECI’s growth.
• Eligibility:
  • Essential:
    • B.Tech (any discipline) + MBA/PGDM (Finance/Strategic Management/Power Management) with 60%+ marks.
    • 3+ years of experience in corporate strategy, financial analysis, or renewable energy sectors.
  • Skills Required:
    • Expertise in business forecasting, predictive modeling, and regulatory frameworks.
