Job Description:

Role Overview:

The Warden will oversee the day-to-day operations of the college hostel, ensuring a safe, disciplined, and comfortable living environment for trainees. This pivotal role requires 24/7 availability to address emergencies, manage facilities, and uphold institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Hostel Management: Ensure smooth functioning of hostel facilities, including safety, hygiene, food quality, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Discipline & Compliance: Enforce college rules, manage inmate conduct, and handle emergencies as per the training calendar.
• Policy Implementation: Execute hostel/mess policies in consultation with the Principal/Vice Principal.
• Facility Upgrades: Propose improvements for housekeeping, security, and catering services.
• Administrative Duties: Perform additional responsibilities assigned by college leadership.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Experience: Retired Public Sector Bank Officer (Scale III/IV) with a clean service record.
• Age Limit: Maximum 63 years as of 30.04.2025.
• Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline; hostel/training college experience preferred.
• Other: Sound health, no criminal record, and no major penalties in the last 5 years of service.

Terms & Benefits:

• Contract Duration: Initially 2 years, extendable up to age 65.
• Remuneration: Fixed monthly payment of ₹40,000 (all-inclusive).
• Accommodation: Free staff quarters within the campus.
• Leave Policy: 1.5 days paid leave per month (max 18 days/year).

Selection Process:

Shortlisted candidates will undergo a personal interview. Travel expenses for the interview will be reimbursed as per bank norms.
