Job Description:

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager (Off-Roll), you will be responsible for acquiring new clients, promoting Demat & Trading (2-in-1) accounts, and achieving sales targets. This is a field-based, full-time role requiring strong relationship management and sales skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • New Client Acquisition: Generate leads and onboard clients for Demat & Trading accounts.
  • Sales Targets: Meet monthly/quarterly sales goals for broking products.
  • Relationship Management: Maintain strong ties with clients and partner banks.
  • Market Outreach: Conduct promotional activities to enhance brand visibility.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduates preferred).
  • Experience: 6+ months in financial services sales (Demat/Trading account sales experience is a plus).
  • Skills:
    • Proven sales and marketing abilities.
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
    • Customer-centric approach.

Locations with Vacancies:

  • North Zone: Delhi (North/West), Noida, Chandigarh, Ludhiana, etc. (20+ openings).
  • West Zone: Mumbai (Central/South/Western), Pune, Ahmedabad, Vadodara, etc. (25+ openings).
  • South & West Zone: Karnataka (10 openings).
