1. Dean, SBIL Kolkata

• Role: Lead academics, research, and strategic partnerships for SBIL.
• Eligibility:
  • Education: MBA/Ph.D. (55%+) from top-tier institutions; preference for Banking/Finance specialization.
  • Experience: 10+ years, including 3+ years as Dean/HoD in BFSI/Leadership education.
• CTC: ₹35–60L/year (negotiable).
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Design curriculum, lead faculty, and promote SBIL globally.
  • Conduct research, publish papers, and organize industry conclaves.

2. External Faculty, SBIL Kolkata

• Role: Deliver executive training in Leadership/HR/Behavioral Science.
• Eligibility:
  • Education: Postgraduate/MBA (55%+); Ph.D. preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years in executive education.
• CTC: ₹25–50L/year.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop training programs, conduct sessions, and evaluate outcomes.

3. Marketing Executive, SBIL Kolkata

• Role: Promote SBIL’s training programs to BFSI/corporate clients.
• Eligibility:
  • Education: MBA in Marketing (55%+).
  • Experience: 3+ years in marketing executive education.
• CTC: ₹25–40L/year.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Market programs, liaise with institutions, and drive revenue growth.

Selection Process:
