Eligibility Criteria:

1. Age Limit (as of 01.04.2025): 50–61 years (born between 02.04.1964 and 01.04.1975).
2. Educational Qualifications:
   • B.Com/M.Com from a recognized institution.
   • Additional: MBA (Finance)/CA/CAIIB.
3. Experience:
   • 20–25 years in finance, accounts, taxation, audit, budget, recovery, or investment.
   • Preference for retired DGMs from Public Sector Banks/equivalent with 2+ years as AGM/DGM in Accounts.
4. Other Requirements:
   • Clean service record; no pending legal cases or disciplinary actions.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Annual CTC: ~₹20.5 lakhs (includes medical benefits, leave encashment, reimbursements, and performance incentives).

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee finance, taxation, accounts, internal audit, budget, recovery, and investments.
• Manage the Help Desk section and other assigned tasks.
