Eligibility Criteria:

1. Qualification: MBBS (allopathic) from a recognized university; Post-graduation in General Medicine is desirable.
2. Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Medical Practitioner in a hospital/clinic.
3. Skills: Working knowledge of computers; must reside/have a dispensary within 3–5 km of NABARD’s Vijayawada office.

Remuneration & Duty Hours:

• Hourly Rate: ₹1,000/hour (first 3 years), ₹1,200/hour thereafter.
• Monthly Conveyance Allowance: ₹1,000.
• Working Hours:
  • Bank Dispensary: 11 AM–12 PM (Mon–Fri).
  • Residence/Dispensary: 5:30 PM–7 PM (Mon–Fri).

Contract Terms:

• Initial 5-year contract, extendable up to age 70 (renewable annually thereafter till 75).
• Termination possible with one month’s notice by either party.

Job Responsibilities (Annexure II):

1. Provide medical consultation to NABARD staff/dependents.
2. Issue prescriptions, recommend hospitalizations, and process medical claims.
3. Conduct health check-ups, organize medical camps, and liaise with specialists/hospitals.
4. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to NABARD’s medical guidelines.

Selection Process:

1. Interview: Eligible candidates will be shortlisted for an interview.
2. Medical Fitness: Selected candidates must submit a Medical Fitness Certificate.
