About the Role:

Bank of Baroda invites applications for the position of Financial Literacy Centre (FLC) Counsellor to promote financial literacy and awareness in rural areas under RBI guidelines. The role involves conducting camps, counseling, and educating communities on banking, insurance, and government schemes.

Eligibility Criteria:

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct financial literacy camps and gram sabhas in rural areas.
• Educate communities on schemes like PMJDY, APY, PMSBY, and digital banking.
• Maintain records of beneficiaries and ensure compliance with RBI guidelines.
• Avoid promoting Bank of Baroda products or engaging in recovery activities.

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Monthly Pay: ₹25,000 (fixed) + conveyance reimbursement (up to ₹5,000/month based on camps conducted).
• Travel Allowance: ₹300 (day tours) / ₹600 (night stays).
• Leave: 1 casual leave/month + 15 days sick leave/year.

Contract Terms:

• Duration: 1 year (renewable based on performance).
• Termination: 1-month notice from either party.
