Job Description: Associate Managers (Contractual)

Positions & Vacancies:

1. Associate Manager – Environment & Social Safeguard – 1 Post

2. Associate Manager – Monitoring & Evaluation – 1 Post

4. Associate Manager – Climate – 2 Posts

Employment Type: Full-time contractual (Initial 3 years, renewable up to 5 years).
Location: New Delhi

Key Responsibilities:

• Environment & Social Safeguard: Ensure compliance with IFC/World Bank standards, conduct E&S due diligence, and develop mitigation strategies.

• Monitoring & Evaluation: Track project impacts, verify energy savings, and prepare reports for bilateral partners.

• Energy: Promote energy-efficient projects, coordinate with ESCOs, and design training modules for MSMEs.

• Climate: Develop climate mitigation/adaptation strategies, draft policies, and liaise with multilateral agencies.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  • Environment & Social Safeguard: Postgraduate in Environmental Management/Social Sciences (3+ years’ experience in E&S impact assessment).

  • Monitoring & Evaluation: Master’s in Engineering/Economics/Climate Sciences (3+ years in M&E of climate projects).

  • Energy: Graduation in Engineering (BEE certification preferred; 3+ years in energy audits).

  • Climate: Postgraduate in Environment/Climate Studies (3+ years’ experience; fresh graduates with research papers may apply).

• Age Limit: ≤45 years (as of 31.03.2025).

Compensation:

• Monthly CTC: ₹1–2.5 Lakhs (negotiable based on experience).

• Benefits: Travel allowances, 18 paid leaves/year, and annual increments (up to 10%).
