Job Description:

Positions Available:

  1. Deputy General Manager (Grade D) – 8 vacancies
    • Functional Areas: Finance, Fraud Risk Management, IT, Infrastructure, Rajbhasha.
  2. Assistant General Manager (Grade C) – 42 vacancies
    • Functional Areas: Audit, Legal, Risk, Digital Banking, Corporate Credit, IT.
  3. Manager (Grade B) – 69 vacancies
    • Functional Areas: Security, Retail Banking, IT, Infrastructure, Risk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit & Risk: Ensure compliance, conduct IS audits, and manage credit/fraud risks.
  • Finance & Legal: Oversee financial operations, regulatory compliance, and legal advisories.
  • IT & Digital Banking: Lead projects in AI/ML, cybersecurity, cloud, and fintech solutions.
  • Infrastructure & Security: Manage premises, vendor contracts, and security protocols.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Age (as of 01.04.2025):
    • DGM: 35–45 years | AGM: 28–40 years | Manager: 25–35 years.
  • Education:
    • IT Roles: B.Tech/MCA in CS/IT with certifications (CISA, CISSP).
    • Finance: CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance).
    • Legal: LLB with BFSI experience.
  • Experience:
    • DGM: 10+ years | AGM: 7+ years | Manager: 4+ years in relevant fields.

Pay Scale (Approx. Monthly Gross):

  • DGM: ₹1,97,000 | AGM: ₹1,64,000 | Manager: ₹1,24,000.

Selection Process:
