Job Description:
Role Overview:
As an ERS (Early Review of Sanction) Reviewer, you will conduct offsite reviews of loan proposals (₹1 Crore+/USD 1M+) to identify gaps and ensure compliance. This is a full-time contractual role for retired SBI/e-AB officers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review pre-sanction and sanction processes for loans.
- Flag deficiencies in proposals for corrective action.
- Adhere to Turnaround Time (TAT) for daily reviews.
- Ensure audit quality and compliance with bank policies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Retirement Grade: SMGS-IV/V from SBI/e-ABs.
- Age Limit: ≤63 years (as of 02.04.2025).
- Experience: Prior audit experience preferred.
- Other:
- Clean service record (no penalties in last 5 years).
- No pending disciplinary/CBI cases.
Remuneration:
- SMGS-IV: ₹50,000/month
- SMGS-V: ₹65,000/month (Fixed, no additional perks)
Contract Details:
- Duration: 1–3 years (or until age 65).
- Leave: 30 days/year (pro-rata).
- Termination: 30-day notice by either party.
Selection Process:
