Job Summary:
ANIIMS is seeking qualified and experienced candidates for faculty positions, including Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor, in multiple departments. The positions are on a contract/deputation basis for 5 years, with the possibility of extension for an additional 2 years based on annual performance reviews. Candidates must hold an MD/MS/DNB degree for broad specialty subjects or DM/MCh/DrNB for super specialty subjects.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential Qualification: Candidates must possess an MD/MS/DNB degree for broad specialty subjects or DM/MCh/DrNB for super specialty subjects as per NMC (National Medical Commission) norms.
- Experience: Candidates with relevant teaching and clinical experience will be preferred.
- Age Limit: As per the rules of the Andaman & Nicobar Administration.
Remuneration:
For Broad Specialty Positions:
- Professor:
- Monthly Salary: ₹2,75,000 (consolidated)
- Annual Increment: 3% after each year of continuous service
- Academic/Special Duty Allowance: ₹30,000 per month
- HRA: ₹20,000 per month
- Associate Professor:
- Monthly Salary: ₹2,50,000 (consolidated)
- Annual Increment: 3% after each year of continuous service
- Academic/Special Duty Allowance: ₹25,000 per month
- HRA: ₹18,000 per month
- Assistant Professor:
- Monthly Salary: ₹2,05,000 (consolidated)
- Annual Increment: 3% after each year of continuous service
- Academic/Special Duty Allowance: ₹20,000 per month
- HRA: ₹16,000 per month
For Super Specialty Positions:
- Associate Professor:
- Monthly Salary: ₹2,99,750 (consolidated)
- Annual Increment: 3% after each year of continuous service
- Academic/Special Duty Allowance: ₹25,000 per month
- HRA: ₹18,000 per month (if accommodation is not provided)
- Assistant Professor:
- Monthly Salary: ₹2,45,250 (consolidated)
- Annual Increment: 3% after each year of continuous service
- Academic/Special Duty Allowance: ₹20,000 per month
- HRA: ₹16,000 per month (if accommodation is not provided)
