Position:

• Director, ICMR-Regional Medical Research Centre, Dibrugarh (ICMR-RMRCD)

Eligibility Criteria:

Essential Qualifications:

• Option 1: MD/MS (recognized by MCI/NMC) OR
• Option 2: MBBS + MPH (from recognized university) OR
• Option 3: M.Sc./MBBS + Ph.D. (in Clinical/Public Health Research).

Essential Experience:

• 15 years total, including:
  • 5 years in a managerial role (leading R&D projects as PI/Co-PI, Head of Research Groups/Institutes).
  • 2 years in Pay Level 13-A (or equivalent) in Govt./Public/Private sectors.
• Experience Focus: Clinical/Public Health Research in infectious diseases, NCDs, or Reproductive Health & Nutrition.

Notes:

• Ph.D. counts as 4 years of experience; MD/MS as 3 years.
• MPH/M.Tech/ME not counted as experience.
