Job Description: Part-Time Bank’s Medical Officer (Contractual)

Vacancies:

• Bengaluru Zone: 1 Post

• Kochi Zone: 1 Post

Employment Type: Part-time contractual (Initial 3 years, renewable up to 5 years).

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide medical consultation to bank staff, dependents, and pensioners at designated dispensaries.

• Prescribe medications, administer injections, and issue medical certificates.

• Scrutinize and approve medical/hospitalization bills.

• Arrange hospital facilities for employees and their families in emergencies.

• Offer telemedicine consultations and emergency medical sessions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Education:

  • MBBS (5+ years’ post-registration experience) or MD (3+ years’ experience).

  • Degree from a recognized university approved by the Medical Council of India.

• Age Limit: ≤67 years (as of 01.04.2025).

• Preferred: MD in Medicine.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Remuneration: ₹1000/hour (fixed hourly rate).

• Allowances:

  • Conveyance: ₹2000/month.

  • Compounding fees (if applicable): ₹1000/month.

• Leave: 20 days/year.

Selection Process:
