Brahmaputra Valley Fertilizer Corporation Limited (BVFCL) is a Schedule ‘B’ Central Public Sector Enterprise (CPSE) under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, Government of India. BVFCL is a pioneer in the fertilizer industry, being the first factory in India to use associated natural gas as a raw material for producing nitrogenous fertilizers. Job Details:

BVFCL is inviting applications for the following positions on a regular appointment basis:

1. Engineer (Production) – 01 Post (UR)
2. Officer (Fire) – 01 Post (UR)
3. Engineer (Electrical) – 01 Post (UR)
4. Engineer (Mechanical) – 01 Post (UR)
5. Assistant Manager (Liaison) – 01 Post (UR)

Pay Scale:

• Engineer/Officer (E-1): ₹16,400 – 3% – ₹40,500
• Assistant Manager (E-2): ₹20,600 – 3% – ₹46,500

Age Limit (as of 01.03.2025):

• Engineer/Officer: 40 years
• Assistant Manager: 45 years

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Engineer (Production):

• Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or large private sector process industry.
• Desirable: Experience in Material Handling/Water Treatment Plant will be preferred.

2. Officer (Fire):

• Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Fire Engineering with 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in fire services in a PSU or large private sector industry.
• Physical Standards: Height – 165 cm, Weight – 50 kg, Chest – 81 cm (expanded to 86 cm), Vision – 6/6 without glasses.

3. Engineer (Electrical):

• Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering with 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or large private sector.
• Desirable: Experience in the Fertilizer/Chemical industry will be preferred.

4. Engineer (Mechanical):

• Essential Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years of post-qualification executive experience in a PSU or large private sector process industry.
• Desirable: Experience in the Fertilizer/Chemical industry will be preferred.

5. Assistant Manager (Liaison):

• Essential Qualification: Graduate with a full-time MBA (Marketing) from a recognized university/institute with 5 years of post-qualification executive experience in liaison with government offices, institutes, and autonomous bodies.
• Essential Attributes: Strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office, and fluency in English and Hindi.
