About the organization

The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) is seeking experienced professionals for senior leadership roles (E-6 level) to contribute to India’s first high-speed rail project between Mumbai and Ahmedabad.

Note:

  • Desirable Qualifications:
    • IT: ITIL/CISSP/CISM certifications, Master’s in IT Management.
    • Marketing: Digital marketing certifications (SEO/SEM, content marketing).
  • Medical Standards:
    • Technical (IT): 6/9 vision (corrected), normal color/binocular vision.
    • Non-Technical (Marketing): 6/9–6/12 vision (corrected).

Eligibility Criteria

For CPSEs/Metro Railways (IDA Pay Scale Employees):

  • Minimum 14 years’ experience (including 10 years in executive roles).
  • Currently working in E-6 (IDA) or E-5 for 2+ years.

For Govt. Employees (CDA Pay Scale):

  • Group A Officers: PB-3 (GP 7600) or GP 6600 with 10+ years’ service.
  • Group B/C Officers: GP 6600 with 25+ years’ combined service.

Selection Process

  1. Presentation: Shortlisted candidates present their domain expertise.
  2. Interview: Panel assessment.
  3. Medical Examination: As per Indian Railway Medical Manual (IRMM).

Job Responsibilities

  • IT:
    • Oversee IT systems (ticketing, CRM, ERP), cybersecurity, and digital transformation.
    • Lead infrastructure management and vendor coordination.
  • Marketing:
    • Develop dynamic pricing strategies, loyalty programs, and non-fare revenue streams.
    • Manage digital campaigns, partnerships, and passenger amenities.
