• Employment Type:

  • Deputation: 5 years (subject to Govt. approval)

  • Absorption: Permanent position

• Pay Scale:

  • Deputation: Parent pay + deputation allowance

  • Absorption: ₹1,20,000–2,80,000 (IDA)

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and accounting for railway infrastructure projects
✔ Manage fund allocation, expenditure control, and financial reporting
✔ Ensure compliance with government financial regulations and audit requirements
✔ Lead tendering processes, contract management, and cost optimization
✔ Coordinate with banks, funding agencies, and government departments
✔ Supervise taxation, GST, and statutory compliances

Eligibility Criteria

• Service: Officers from IRAS/Other Organized Accounts Services

• Current Position:

  • Analogous Grade: Level-14 (CDA) or IDA E-8 (₹1.2–2.8L) OR

  • Lower Grade: Level-13 (CDA) with 17+ years in Group ‘A’ OR

  • IDA E-7 (₹1.0–2.6L) for 4+ years

• Experience: Preference for candidates with construction sector experience

• Age Limit:

  • Deputation: Below 58 years

  • Absorption: Not above 57 years

Selection Process

• Screening based on applications

• Shortlisted candidates may undergo interviews

• Mandatory submission of:

  • Vigilance/DAR clearance

  • APAR gradings (last 5 years)
