The National High-Speed Rail Corporation Limited (NHSRCL) invites applications for senior managerial roles (E-4 level) on an absorption basis for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High-Speed Rail (MAHSR) project.

Note:

  • Medical Standards:

  • Desirable: Experience in disaster management (for Rules) or dynamic fare systems (for Transport).

Eligibility Criteria

For CPSEs/Metro Railways (IDA Pay Scale Employees):

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience (including 5 years in executive roles).
  • Currently working in E-4 (IDA) or E-3 for 2+ years.

For Govt. Employees (CDA Pay Scale):

  • Group A Officers: PB-3 (GP 5400/6600) with ≤6 years’ service.
  • Group B Officers: PB-2 (GP 5400/4800) or 20+ years in Group C (PB-2 + GP 4600).

Selection Process

  1. Presentation: Shortlisted candidates present their domain expertise.
  2. Interview: Panel assessment.
  3. Medical Examination: As per Indian Railway Medical Manual (IRMM).

Job Responsibilities

  • Transport, Safety & Marketing:
    • Develop passenger KPIs, ticketing systems, and revenue strategies (advertising, tourism).
    • Plan crew/rake links, contingency protocols, and punctuality monitoring.
  • Rules:
    • Draft operational safety manuals, disaster management protocols, and HSR opening rules.
  • Planning:
    • Create Master Implementation Plans (MIP), monitor project delays, and coordinate with consultants.
