Note:
- Medical Standards:

Eligibility Criteria
For CPSEs/Metro Railways (IDA Pay Scale Employees):
- Minimum 8 years’ experience (including 5 years in executive roles).
- Currently working in E-4 (IDA) or E-3 for 2+ years.
For Govt. Employees (CDA Pay Scale):
- Group A Officers: PB-3 (GP 5400/6600) with ≤6 years’ service.
- Group B Officers: PB-2 (GP 5400/4800) or 20+ years in Group C (PB-2 + GP 4600).
Selection Process
- Presentation: Shortlisted candidates present their domain expertise.
- Interview: Panel assessment.
- Medical Examination: As per Indian Railway Medical Manual (IRMM).
Job Responsibilities
- Transport, Safety & Marketing:
- Develop passenger KPIs, ticketing systems, and revenue strategies (advertising, tourism).
- Plan crew/rake links, contingency protocols, and punctuality monitoring.
- Rules:
- Draft operational safety manuals, disaster management protocols, and HSR opening rules.
- Planning:
- Create Master Implementation Plans (MIP), monitor project delays, and coordinate with consultants.
