Position Highlights

• Post: Project Director

• Vacancy: 1 (Kanpur location)

• Employment Type: Deputation (3 years extendable) / Absorption

• Pay Scale:

  • Deputation: Parent pay + allowance

  • Absorption: ₹1,50,000–3,00,000

• Application Deadline: 30 days from 26.03.2025

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee civil construction, safety, and quality control for Kanpur Metro
✔ Manage tendering, contracts, and commissioning of multi-disciplinary projects
✔ Coordinate with railways for track, signaling, and electrification interfaces
✔ Ensure CMRS clearances and compliance with international funding requirements
✔ Lead land acquisition, utility diversions, and stakeholder management

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: B.Tech in Civil Engineering (Govt-recognized)

• Experience:

  • 20+ years in Group A/Executive roles (Govt/PSUs)

  • 5+ years in metro/railway infrastructure projects

  • Current Role: Must be in SAG/equivalent grade (₹1.2–2.8L IDA or Level-14 CDA)

• Age Limit: Max 57 years (as of closing date)

• Desirable:

  • Underground metro/tunnel experience

  • International project funding expertise

Selection Process

• Interview in Lucknow (shortlisting based on higher qualifications/experience)

• Mandatory NOC, D&AR clearance, and APARs (last 4 years)
